Lights Up

So, this is a little awkward....getting started, I mean.

I've never been good at starting things.  But here I am again, to those of you unfortunate enough to have read my old blog that I created three years ago.  Let's just say that I am much older and more mature now....at least I think I am.  To those of you who haven't, I guess I should introduce myself.  My name is Anna and I am a high school student.  I would ramble on, but I think the more you read my blog, the more you'll find out about me.

My purpose in starting out on this new and exciting blogging adventure is simple.  I love to write.  And I figured it was about time I put my writing out there.  It was about time I tried disciplining myself a bit.  So that's just what I'm doing.  I'm making a resolution.  A resolution to WRITE more, to READ more, to THINK more, to PRAY more, to LIVE more.

I am going to do my very best, readers, to post once a week to start.  I apologize if it's lame.  I'm sorry if I waste your time.  But I do ask this of you: give me a chance.  Keep reading more than just a couple posts.  Give me a little time.  I'm just a hopeful, starry-eyed, young writer who wants to have a voice.  Please comment, give me your feedback!  I will savor every morsel you feed me!
